Refund Policy for PlusCRM

1. Subscription Fees

PlusCRM is a subscription-based service. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your chosen plan).

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period to allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. Once the trial ends and payment is processed, refunds will only be provided as outlined in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Service Error: If a technical or billing error on our side prevents you from accessing the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Unused Subscription Period (Annual Plans): If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the billing cycle, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused months.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Partial refunds for unused days in the current month are not provided, unless required by law.
  • Legal Requirement: If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires refunds under specific conditions.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless it meets the criteria above.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at billing@pluscrm.ch within 30 days of the charge. Include your account details, payment receipt, and the reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within a reasonable time.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund amounts for annual plans will be calculated based on the unused full months remaining in your subscription. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
